Terms of service

  • Commissions are only for personal use.

  • My artwork may be used as profile pictures, banners, etc.

  • sharing and reposting my work is fine but crediting me (@phillyl3) would be very much appreciated!

  • I own all rights to commissioned artwork.

  • I am allowed to post commissioned art on social media unless requested otherwise.

  • I am allowed to include commissioned artwork in my portfolio.

  • DO NOT PUT MY ART IN AI ENGINES.

  • I have the right to cancel and decline commissions if I feel the request falls under something I wont do, also if I feel like my skill level cant match your level of request.

  • If this is the case I will refund you the full amount of the commission.

Process

  • My process is typically pretty quick, that being said I have a full time job and for unforeseen events commissions could take 1-3 weeks. (normally this wont be the case) I will do my best to communicate this so happens to be the case.

  • Please be patient but if you are unsatisfied with how long or other factors of the sale and if I haven't yet started your commission you may ask for a full refund.

Payment

  • As of now I will be doing business and payment through Kofi. (this means you pay upfront with your commission details)

  • Incase the need arises for you to ask for a refund make sure you have an alternative payment method like PayPal, Cashapp, Chime etc so I can properly refund you!
